This is the layout in which our investment sheet is based. With this template, you can create your own pricing sheet based on our design. All you need to do is replace my photos, copy and collection info with yours and then export as a PDF. Feel free to make any layout changes you’d like.

This is what we send our clients to better understand their wedding day, find out what is most important to them, and get other info we need such as vendor names, location addresses, and special wedding day requests. Since we’ve started sending out questionnaires, we’ve seen a spike in good thorough communication from initial booking all the way to product delivery.
